Steady F5 forecast but wind changed direction and strength. A few runs on 5m (much easier up in flat water) then up to 6m until way over powered then back to 5m when 4m was ideal. Amazed I gybed just before F7 wind line as very offshore, weird seeing sea flit between brilliant blue and grey as clouds moved by. Got several half-ropey foot swaps and well happy with that, getting front foot placement better, now need to swing hips and back foot into position more. Good fun.
